Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is not a measure of how fast your heart beats. It is a measure of the variation between beats โ€” and it is one of the most information-rich biomarkers currently available to non-clinical users.

High HRV (within appropriate ranges for your age) indicates a nervous system that is flexible, responsive, and capable of rapidly shifting between states. Low HRV is associated with stress, poor sleep, cardiovascular risk, and reduced cognitive performance.

Start Measuring What Matters

The Self Blueprint begins with a nervous system baseline assessment โ€” including HRV. You cannot improve what you do not measure.
